Job Overview: We are seeking a Stocking/ Sales Associate to join our team. The Associate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate stocking of products in our warehouse while participating in customer service as needed. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas - Assist with shipping and receiving processes - Perform lifting tasks as needed (25 lbs) - Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment - Package items for shipment or display - Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or colleagues. Skills: - Experience in warehouse operations including stocking, shipping, and receiving - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively - Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and order fulfillment - Customer service orientation to assist clients and team members effectively - Some experience with registers to execute checkout process.
