Built on a foundation of integrity and safety, we deliver results with agility, excellence, and teamwork. * Position: Regional Sales Manager Location: South Central Job Overview: * The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the distribution channel and sales within the region which includes: * Texas * Oklahoma * Arkansas * Kansas * Missouri * Experience in preparing and presenting technical and sales presentations to distribution, end users, the A&E community, and other influencers * Ability to set priorities, multi-task and follow through on an assignment without redirection Key Responsibilities: * Achieve sales quota : For assigned territory on quarterly basis. * Pipeline Management: Develop and manage "pipeline". Accurate and timely forecasting of sales opportunities and track progress through CRM and reporting tools. * Distributor Management: Work with each distributor in the development, commitment, and execution of product specific sales goals, annually. * Develop and Train Distribution: On all products in order to gain acceptance and market share. * Add Distribution Outlets: Identify target markets and develop additional distribution to ensure complete coverage within the region. * Visit Distributors and End Users: Plan and organize sales visits and provide regular reports, market information, competitor information and customer feedback to the Company. This includes information to enhance product development. * Collaborate with Vertical Market Managers : Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. Required Qualifications: * Industry Experience : 5+ years of experience within the Fire Protection Industry or similar industry. * Contract Negotiation: Experience negotiating complex contracts with an understanding of legal and compliance frameworks. * Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). * Travel: Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of time.
