Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and providing tailored solutions. * Engage in retail sales activities, including promoting mobile products and services to meet customer needs. * Supervise daily operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits. * Maintain accurate inventory levels by managing stock and conducting regular inventory checks. * Utilize basic math skills for transactions, ensuring accurate processing of sales. * Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. * Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer calls or inquiries.
