Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative Are you a people person with a talent for building rapport over the phone? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our growing sales and marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists. - Present and promote company services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. - Answer questions, overcome objections, and provide information to potential clients. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up. - Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM system. - Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals. - Assist in follow-up campaigns and client nurturing efforts as needed. Requirements: - Proven experience in telemarketing, call center, inside sales, or customer service preferred. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong listening abilities and objection-handling skills. - Positive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented mindset. - Comfortable working with call scripts and CRM tools. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
