An appliance company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Assistant to join their team in Gardena, CA. This position is responsible for supporting the international sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations for Central and South America sales. An AA degree, 1 year of sales support/customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), and the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish at a business level or better is required. This is a full-time, in-person, non- exempt position, with bonus, excellent benefits and 401k. Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Assistant Duties: -Assist the sales team with order processing, data entry, and customer support. -Maintain and update sales records using Excel and internal databases. -Communicate with international clients in both English and Spanish. -Inform customers about sales, promotions and policies. -Recommend products or merchandise to help customers. -Coordinate shipments, invoices, and product availability with internal departments. -Prepare reports and presentations as needed. -Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
