Now Hiring - MDfit - Internal Account Manager in Wexford, PA

Full description of the position

We are seeking a new member to join our team as an Inside Account Manager (AM) to create and build long-term consultative relationships with their customers nationwide and work with our Account Executives and Field Sales to close deals. This position is intended to focus on MDfit, our Software as a Service platform, which strengthens the patient-clinician connection and streamlines patient care scheduling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling/emailing to potential and established customers on a daily basis.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within multiple departments within each customer.
• Become a subject matter expert on MDfit.
• Work in tandem with our Account Executives, Field Sales team and Senior Management as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong interest in sales.
• Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other teammates needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in addition to basic computer knowledge. Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or two to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in working with sales organizations.
• Knowledge and understanding of technology products and services.
