7 Hills Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Business Development / Internet Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be motivated to increase sales volume with Harley-Davidson products and will have a passion for the motorcycle industry. Compensation & Benefits The Business Development / Internet Sales Associate role is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $47,000-$62,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. 7 Hills Harley-Davidson offers a wide array of benefits including employee discounts, sales training, and personal development opportunities. Responsibilities * Drive Appointments * Drive Internet Leads * Manage and track all leads * Ensure all leads are followed up within a timely manner * Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary * Interact with Sales Manager Daily to coordinate World Class Buying Experiences * Love to work on the phone with passionate customers * HAVE AN EXCEPTIONAL ATTITUDE! * Willing to be a product expert (Trained) * Enjoy the face-to-face customer opportunities also Requirements * Preferred prior experience in Internet Sales / Business Development in automotive or powersports * Prior experience using scripting consistently * Prior experience managing customers interactions in the CRM * Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word * Ability to work independently and be self-motivated * Great attitude with a high-energy personality * Outstanding customer service skills * Ability to work well in a process driven environment * Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written * Positive and professional demeanor * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision EEOC Statement 7 Hills Harley-Davidson is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
