Job Description: * Understands automobiles by studying features, capabilities, warranties, services, current offers, and specials * Work with Product Specialists to receive leads * Following up on all leads from a variety of sources * Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with customers; suggesting trade-ins; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions * Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport * Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing education opportunities and training * Maintaines a strong base knowledge of all vehicle's makes and models * Other duties as assigned Requirements * Tenacious follow up * Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday * Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing * Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills * Drivers license and clean driving record * Bi Lingual preferred and not necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Bowie, MD 20716 (Required) Work Location: In person
