Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy options, coverage details, and claims processes. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. * Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their coverage options. * Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products in the community. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
