In this Entry Level Sales Consultant role, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, guiding them through their needs and getting the sales process started with professionalism, expertise, and care. As part of our Entry Level Sales Consultant team, you will play a vital role in educating customers about our services, assisting them with appointments, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process. What You 'll Do as an Auto Sales Consultant: * Assist customers in identifying the most suitable solutions to meet their needs * Provide outstanding face to face customer service with a focus on quality, safety, and convenience * Educate clients about available products or services and their benefits, emphasizing quality and reliability * Help manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups * Achieve and surpass sales targets through exceptional service * Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Consultant team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish What We 're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Consultant: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in sales, or customer service preferred but not required * A passion for providing top-notch service and solutions to customers * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment individually or within a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Uncapped commission * Weekly bonus Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
