Full description of the position

We're looking for a Florida licensed real estate broker assistant who can provide the ultimate experience in customer service! Salary Plus Bonus

  • The Broker assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Setting up and assisting in showing houses to buyer's
  • Meeting with our sellers to perform intakes of their properties for listings
  • Processing Transactions
  • Attending inspections and appraisals
  • Hosting and attending open houses
Requirements

:

  • Valid Florida Real Estate License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone with texting, photo and GPS capabilities
  • Have a VERY flexible schedule to work daytimes, evenings and weekends
