We are looking for someone that is design and functionality focused while embodying the ideal that products are built for an ever-evolving lifestyle. Organization, management, technology, and dynamic communication is the heartbeat of the role. The showroom is the centerpiece for our product and the place where clients come to experience possibilities. Responsibilities * Create a unique experience in the showroom * Working one-on-one with clients who visit our showroom to walk them through proposals or potential custom window treatment solutions * Assist designers in client relationships during the entire customer journey * Manage the showroom by monitoring KPI's, developing solutions, and supporting our brand guidelines * Coordinate consultations and handle interactions with new leads * Educate clients on product offerings and help them find the best solution for their home * Coach, support and give feedback to designers * Provide in-home consultations to clients to educate them on our product offering and provide window covering solutions for their windows Qualifications * Organized, detail oriented, and able to keep track of workflow * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Critical-thinker, solution-focused, and the ability adapt to different situations * Self-aware and strong relationship building to drive collaboration with different types of people * Technologically savvy and the ability to use different technology systems * Base knowledge of design principles and be able to practically implement them * Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred Who Are We Looking For? * Setting, achieving, and resetting goals is part of your life rhythm * Someone who believes the work you put in will always be equal to the work you get out * Personable communication comes naturally to you and connecting with people gives you energy * Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment where differences create rich culture and room for opportunities * Understanding problems and finding the right solution is something you enjoy * You use technology daily and love how it streamlines your workflow Career Growth Skyline invests in helping you grow personally and professionally by giving you personalized training, career insights, and creative opportunities.
