Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Alpharetta, GA Office Hours : Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm PBA Core Values: Charitable, Intentionality, Honesty and Integrity, Discipline, Listen More Speak Less About Us: Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $25 million in revenue per year. We are currently a close-knit team of 9 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees. The Role : We are looking to add a Sales Rep that will be responsible for calling homeowners whom we have identified as potential candidates for selling their home. The candidate will be responsible for making initial contact and identifying homeowners who have thought about selling their properties or who would entertain an offer to purchase. They will then be responsible for following up with prospects and nurturing hot leads until they are ready to sell. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining a database of prospects who may do business with us in the future. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : * Build Relationships with Potential Sellers : The team will cover all the resources needed to be able to source potential leads. * Own the Sales Process : Once a lead is identified, you'll negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure the client feels confident throughout the process. * Follow-Up and Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships with previous clients and continue nurturing prospects for repeat business. * Stay Knowledgeable and Agile : Monitor real estate market trends, anticipate objections, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Pay Structure : Prospects will be paid a $3,000 bonus as soon as we close on a deal that he/she procured through calling. There is no income cap in this role. Qualifications : We are ideally looking for positive people who are interested in Real Estate investing and comfortable with rejection.
