Overview

: We are looking for a motivated Wound Care Liaison to join our team and support our Wound Care Coordinators in driving patient engagement and provider relationships. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a background in sales, business, or healthcare who is eager to develop their career in the healthcare industry. This position will cover the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist Wound Care Coordinators in managing relationships with physicians, clinics, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct outreach to potential referral sources and follow up on existing leads.
• Support the sales team in organizing meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Track and report sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation of outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline patient referrals and improve the overall care process.
• Be "the face" of Heal Precisely with a multitude of referral partners

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Prefer: 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a healthcare-related role (internships or part-time experience considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to relationship-building.
• Basic understanding of healthcare services, patient care coordination, or medical sales is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
