Now Hiring: Community Engagement, Sales, and Marketing Coordinator Location: Santa Monica, CA (Must live within 20 minutes of the studio)

Compensation

This is the perfect role for a creative, high-energy go-getter who loves making connections, crushing goals, and sharing the life-changing power of fitness. What You 'll Do Sales & Membership Growth

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads--booking intros and closing memberships with confidence
• Deliver engaging in-person sales consultations, turning prospects into loyal members
• Follow up via phone, text, and email to stay top-of-mind and improve conversion rates
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets--your hustle directly drives your earnings
• Collaborate on onboarding and retention strategies that keep members coming back
• Track key performance metrics like calls, conversions, and sales performance Member Engagement & Retention
• Plan creative weekly appreciation efforts to celebrate and retain our members
• Highlight milestones on social media and in the studio to make members feel seen
• Surprise members with giveaways, exclusive perks, or shoutouts to keep the energy high
• Manage a fun and motivating "Member of the Month" program Community Outreach & Local Partnerships
• Represent BFT at local events, health expos, and festivals to generate new leads
• Create partnerships with local businesses, apartment complexes, and wellness professionals to drive visibility and leads
• Organize corporate wellness initiatives and on-site pop-up workouts at nearby offices or public spaces
• Coordinate seasonal or themed fitness events to attract new prospects and boost referrals Social Media & Content Creation
• Share authentic, engaging stories on social platforms--highlighting member wins, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Run contests, giveaways, and promotions that excite the community and drive leads
• Host occasional live Q&A sessions or provide real-time event coverage to keep followers engaged Marketing Strategy & Growth Initiatives
• Analyze performance of outreach and marketing efforts to refine and optimize strategies
• Collaborate with the studio team to brainstorm and launch fresh promotions, offers, and events
• Stay on top of trends in fitness, social media, and local marketing to keep BFT ahead of the curve What We 're Looking For
• Sales experience: Proven success in sales and lead generation--especially in fitness or wellness is a big plus
• Marketing savvy: Background in social media, content creation, or event planning preferred
• Outgoing and confident: You love talking to people, building rapport, and being out in the community
• Organized and driven: A self-starter who thrives with independence and hits every goal you set
• Strong communicator: Confident, persuasive, and clear in both verbal and written communication
• Tech-friendly: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media
