We are seeking a proactive, bilingual (English & Spanish) professional to join our team. This position involves in-person marketing, lead generation, and initial client engagement. The ideal candidate will represent our brand at community events and outreach activities, collect qualified leads, make introductory calls, and provide an overview of our services before passing the lead to a licensed sales agent. Key Responsibilities: * Attend community events and outreach programs to represent the company. * Generate qualified leads through face-to-face engagement and phone calls. * Introduce and explain company services clearly and professionally to new prospects. * Follow up with leads to maintain interest and schedule meetings with the sales team. * Use a CRM system to manage and track all collected leads accurately. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies. Requirements: * Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus. * High computer proficiency; CRM experience required. * Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
