New Home Sales Assistant - Charlotte, NC Metro Area We are currently seeking a licensed New Home Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a full-time, W-2 position offering an hourly base rate plus commission. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in new home sales, with hands- on experience, mentorship, and room for growth.
Position Summary
: This role provides a strong foundation for launching a successful career as an On-Site New Home Sales Agent. As a Sales Assistant, you'll work closely with high-performing Sales Agents who will provide mentorship, training, and guidance. You'll use your strong organizational and communication skills to support the sales team with both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. You will play a key role in helping families navigate one of the most important purchases of their lives--finding a home that fits their needs and budget. You'll build meaningful relationships with potential buyers and contribute to the success of your community.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Follow established administrative processes to support sales operations, community management, and closings
- Develop a clear understanding of community pricing structures, home site premiums, and lot release schedules
- Assist prospective buyers in starting loan applications and monitor progress throughout the financing process
- Perform monthly competitive market analyses to stay informed of nearby offerings and trends
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the Sales Center, model homes, and move-in ready inventory homes
- Greet visitors, provide community tours, and demonstrate homes and home sites to prospective buyers
- Communicate updates and website needs to the Marketing team for timely revisions
- Participate in community review meetings, homeowner events, and neighborhood outreach
- Ensure completion of daily marketing efforts, including signage, flyers, and digital content
Qualifications
:
- Licensing: Active North Carolina Real Estate License is required
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, administrative roles, or customer service is preferred
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Personal Traits: Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player Additional Details:
