Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that products are stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Educating customers about membership and presales and selling membership options * Operate POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are replenished on shelves as needed. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer shopping experience. * Communicate effectively with customers to provide product information. * Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including safety standards. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills is essential for success in this role. * Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting. * Excellent communication abilities to engage with customers and provide outstanding service.
