In 3-6 months, you'll transition from a standout individual contributor to a respected team leader, preparing you for a full- time Sales Manager role through performance, mentorship, and hands-on training. Specializing in red light therapy, we help relieve pain, boost skin health, support muscle recovery, and more. Phase 1: Leadership Criteria for Consideration During the first three months, you'll be evaluated based on key leadership attributes to ensure you're ready for the challenge of management. The criteria include: * Align with our core values in every interaction, embodying our company's purpose. * Build authentic relationships, earning respect and trust within the team. * Master and follow our sales process to set a standard for the team. * Actively participate in team activities, meetings, and communications. * Sell with integrity, ensuring client satisfaction and trust. * Consistently rank in the top 10% of producers, meeting performance benchmarks. * Complete assigned reading to support personal and leadership growth. Phase 2: Sales Manager in Training (SMIT) Transition Upon meeting the leadership criteria, you'll embark on a three-month SMIT transition, gaining practical leadership experience and preparing for full- time management responsibilities. This includes: * Month 4: Shadow our current sales leader to understand daily leadership tasks. You'll also complete Modules 1-4 of our SMIT Course, focused on foundational leadership and management concepts. * Month 5: Take on co-management responsibilities, collaborating with the current leader on team management and performance tracking. Complete Modules 5-8 of our SMIT Course, honing your skills in team dynamics and performance metrics. * Month 6: Step into an independent leadership role, with ongoing support and oversight from our sales leader. You'll finalize your training with Modules 9-12, covering advanced strategies and full leadership responsibilities. Upon completing the SMIT process, you'll be equipped to take on the full-time Sales Manager role, ready to lead and inspire a team to reach new heights.
