In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge about our mobile products and services. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their mobile experience. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of mobile products and services, including features, benefits, and usage. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of mobile devices and accessories. * Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed effectively. * Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions and manage inventory levels effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for technology and staying updated on the latest mobile trends is a plus. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
