Offshore Performance is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task- oriented individual to add to our Parts Department team immediately. Offshore Performance is a family owned and operated Mercury and MerCruiser dealer and has been a leader in Florida's marine industry since 1987. We specialize in repower, repair, and re-rigging of vessels and attract customers from all over the United States. Each member of our team is a part of our family. The ideal candidate has impeccable customer service skills, a professional attitude, is capable of managing their workload, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Communicate with customers in person, by taking phone calls, and responding to emails.
• Operate POS System effectively.
• Order parts from vendors.
• Pack and ship orders (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs).
• Create & update invoices and repair orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience required, marine industry sales preferred.
• Further education may substitute for experience on a case-by-case basis. Skills/Knowledge:
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Proficiency in POS system operation with willingness to learn firm-specific systems.
• Knowledge of boat and motor systems to guide customer transactions.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Customer service orientation.
• Must be able to pay attention to details.
• Must be able to multi-task. Job Type: This is a full-time, hourly position M-F 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays as needed. Hourly rate will commensurate with experience. This position is not a remote role.
