We are seeking a talented and energetic In-Field Marketer to join our team. As an In-Field Marketer, you will be responsible for setting qualified, in-field canvass appointments. The daily processes will include but are not limited to: working door-to-door, speaking with homeowners, and setting appointments for Pinnacle Outside Sales Reps. Compensation

: Hourly Base, starting at $18/hour + Bonus Work Location:

• Some in-office, mostly in the field Schedule:
• Part-Time
• Evening shift
• Weekends
• Monday to Friday

Duties

:

• Setting appointments as per the daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Communicates with the call center to ensure accuracy.
• Track flow of jobs
• Confirms accuracy of data for input in the system on metrics, leads and appointments.
• Communicates as needed with Sales Managers / General Managers
• Proactive with customer communications.
• Keeps up on all appointments and results.
• Assist in scheduling and working with staff.
• Maintains documentation in LP and CRM
• Maintains documentation in Lead Perfection and CRM

Requirements

:

• Team Player
• Excellent customer service skills
• Siding, Window, and Roofing experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Proficiency in Lead Perfection or similar CRM platforms preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be comfortable in an outdoor environment; must be able to walk, sit, standing for extended periods of time; frequently uses devices to communicate such as a smartphone or tablet.
