Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales person to join our dynamic team. As an inside sales person, you will be following up on estimates that have been presented to customers and try to close the sale. Responsibilities * Follow up by phone with customers who have been presented estimates and close the sale * Occasionally you prepare estimates for customers from scratch Requirements * HVAC sales experience is a plus * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Quick on your feet and have ability to hold a conversation with a customers. * Fits in well with other employees and adds to overall comradery in our office * Flexible in changing approaches as the market demands * Basic computer skills for managing estimates and emailing to customers Compensation * Commission Based so earnings potential is not capped * Greater of commission earnings or minimum wage Join us as an inside sales rep, where your contributions will make a difference in creating memorable experiences for our customers!
