Full description of the position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage incoming trucks * Coordinate and support sales and marketing efforts * Assist with inventory management * Support truck delivery and document as needed * Verify repair order process and communicate discrepancies and verify accuracy of deal cost * Process vehicle title work and sales tax applicability and notarize as required * Be a liaison for sales department and customers Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors. * Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems. * Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure. * Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines. Physical Requirements: * Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. * Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. * Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
