Full description of the position

Account Manager Generate and follow up on leads, cold-call and build relationships with industry leading property management firms. Primary responsibilities

• Learn and help refine the existing sales process.
• Work closely in a team setting to ensure billing/invoicing and service is appropriately completed.
• Participate in weekly sales team meetings.
• Process sales data and progress reports.
• Compose sales reports.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Answer questions about product or warranties.
• Maintain client database.
• Ensure all client information is correct.
• Proposal creation. Including the ability to make power point presentations.
• Customer visits and cold calling activities.
• Communicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivity.
• Organize events, conferences, and other meetings.
• Snow Dispatcher/Route Leader (seasonal).
• Work on special projects and tasks as assigned. Skill

Requirements

• BS degree preferred, work experience or exposure to sales and project management.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job done.
• Proficiency in Google spreadsheets.
