Responsibilities

or a New Car Sales Product Specialist:

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
• Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, store leads referrals, etc.)
• Work with New Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
• Provide the best customer service in the industry

Requirements

of a New Car Sales Product Specialist:

• No experience necessary
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Solid working knowledge of the Internet
• Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
• Familiarity with automotive financing
