Responsibilities * Transform team-generated listing leads into scheduled appointments. * Implement our established method to turn expired listings and FSBOs into appointments. * Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to achieve the highest sale price for their home. * Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program. * Engage in team activities in accordance with team standards. * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. * Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services. * Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of your sellers. * Maintain records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
