Job details Salary $60,000 plus Commission (100k+) Job Type Full-time: 8am - 6pm/ Mon.-Friday Full Job Description We are only seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals in sales/customer relations, to join our team and help us acquire, purchase and resale properties. Your primary job will be to work with home owners and end buyers, agents, and to finish closing deals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service. No license required This is not a job to be a real estate agent Are you: * Coachable and able to learn quickly in a fast paced, dynamic work environment? * Passionate about learning and further improvement? * Shows initiative in daily tasks? * Able to work in a high pressure environment and meet quarterly goals? * Organized, efficient and have good time management skills Responsibilities: * Communicate and meet with clients and home owners. * Acquire and disposition deals * Meet quarterly quotas * Analyze properties * Keep buyer's information updated. * Assist real estate closing attorney's in clearing title and arranging closings. * Calling leads that are received daily.
