Full description of the position

• Follow up with customers that we have submitted proposals to
• Answer questions that customers may have about current or potential jobs
• Check bid invitations submitted by customers
• Download plans to proper job folder
• Create job number and file foundation to estimate project on shared drive
• Help the estimators with the bidding process
• Meet with customers to go over project needs
• Update job status list
• Update bidding process
• Help customers to determine possible value engineering
• Maintain customer relationships through various methods
• Maintain Sales pipeline, Customer Call list, Business Development Plan

Qualifications

:

• 5 yrs. proven sales experience
• Concrete, and or masonry experience preferred
• General Knowledge of construction industry preferred This is a Full Time position We offer a competitive compensation package to include insurance, 401k, vacation, and paid holidays

Compensation

based on experience and motivation Must pass Drug Test, as we are a Drug Free Workplace. We are an EOE/MF/AA/VET Employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
