We are expanding team in North America and are currently seeking a talented *A &D Sales Representative *to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to inspire and empower architects and designers with world-class surface solutions. As an A &D Sales Representative, you will: * Build and maintain strong connections with architects, builders, developers, designers, and other key decision-makers within the commercial market industry. * Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the Neolith brand, products, and strategic value, with a particular focus on facade solutions. * Represent Neolith at trade shows and industry events, elevating our visibility and reputation. * Actively seek out potential clients, introducing them to Neolith's innovative product line and tailored solutions. * Maintain meticulous records of area and customer sales, providing valuable insights and historical data to inform strategies. * Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding sales goals, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. To excel in this role, you should have: * A minimum of 2 years in a similar position, with a proven track record of success. * The ability to foster and maintain strong ties within the A&D community. * Experience in the natural stone industry, architectural development, or interior design is highly desirable. * A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
