About Us: Bitania Harmony, a leader in the events industry, is seeking a proactive, bilingual (English-Spanish) Salesperson to join our team in Doral, Florida. This is a full-time , in-office position offering strong growth potential. Schedule: 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: * Follow our established sales system and processes. * Generate reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales activity. * Develop new client relationships and close new sales opportunities. * Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with marketing for lead generation through digital platforms. * Maintain constant client communication throughout the sales cycle. * Provide an exceptional client experience with professionalism and attention to detail. Ideal Candidate: * Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). * 2+ years of sales experience (base salary + commission structure preferred). * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines. * Experience with social media marketing and digital sales strategies. * Background in or passion for the events industry. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven. * Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. * Working towards sales goals and contributing to the overall revenueof the business. * Familiarity with event rental products is a must.
