Job Description: Roofing Consultant Responsibilities * Prospect new customers and self-generate leads and referrals. * Adhere to the schedule set by Westfall Roofing. * Follow up with customer for up to 4 weeks after estimate. * Collect final payment from customers when requested. * Walk through process, features, and advantages with potential clients and homeowners. * Measure roof size, pitch, required accessories, etc. * Complete Notice of Commencements (NOC) signed by customer. * Average 1 hour meeting time with each homeowner. * Meet potential customer at the property's address. * Evaluate roof conditions for potential customers. * Diligently manage day-to-day interactions with potential clients and homeowners. * File NOCs and permits (if necessary). * Actively participate in the roof replacement process with the homeowner. * Obtain online reviews from customers. * Establish and manage accounts.
