Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Generate leads, through canvassing your local area, networking, and referrals.
• Implement project management methodologies such as Scrum and Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency.
• Conducting roof inspections and provide customers with detailed estimates.
• Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing solutions, insurance claims and product.
• Utilize Jobnimbus for tracking project performance metrics and reporting.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Apply quality management principles to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders at all levels. What We Offer
