Job Overview We are looking for motivated and results-driven roofing sales. Duties * Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. * Generate leads, through canvassing your local area, networking, and referrals. * Implement project management methodologies such as Scrum and Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency. * Conducting roof inspections and provide customers with detailed estimates. * Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing solutions, insurance claims and product. * Utilize Jobnimbus for tracking project performance metrics and reporting. * Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes. * Apply quality management principles to ensure deliverables meet established standards. * Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Skills * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
