Our Opportunity We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in our Closet products , to take responsibility for growing our* local business region. Must live in the sales territory. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers in his/her territory. You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in peron and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers. What We Are Looking For * Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries * Prior knowledge of, or work with, closet storage solutions and product offerings, is strongly preferred * Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth * Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc. * Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan * Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activitiy, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers' requests or needs * PProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks Compensation and Benefits * Competitive market-based salary plus monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions * Monthly car allowance and covered fuel * Business expense reimbursement * Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) * Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching * 401(K) with employer matching * Company smart phone * Paid vacation time, sick days, and holidays
