Overview

: The Marketing & Sales Optimization Support Specialist will provide essential operational support to the marketing and sales teams by managing support requests, maintaining user accounts, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with reporting needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support basic administrative tasks within Velocify.

Responsibilities

:

• Prioritize and resolve support requests for multiple Velocify instances, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Provide troubleshooting support for system errors, login issues, and other technical concerns.
• Escalate and partner to resolve issues with internal and 3rd party partners that have access to the Velocify integration.
• Assist in investigating and researching leads to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct routine data audits and identify trends or inconsistencies that impact lead/call performance.
• Assist with daily and ad-hoc reporting needs related to marketing and sales performance.
• Extract and analyze data to generate reports that drive marketing and sales decisions, and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain user accounts, credentials, and access permissions, ensuring security and proper system access.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining lead routing and distribution settings.
• Update lead records in Velocify as needed, such as adjusting statuses and actions.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Sales Optimization team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Document processes and provide user training materials when necessary.

Qualifications

:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (preferably in marketing or sales).
• Experience with CRM and lead management platforms (Velocify preferred); familiarity with lead management platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
