Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CSR and Sales Assistant to oversee Petland staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong focus on generating sales, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, animal husbandry and presentation while driving effective sales performance and profits.

Duties

- Execute day to day activities of employees (scheduling, payroll, and Inventory). -Work closely with the General manager to drive performance through pre-determined KPI's - Manage inventory levels, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed. - Oversee daily administrative tasks. - Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment. - Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. - Knowledge of stock management practices and inventory control. - Proficient in administrative tasks, MS Word, Excel related to store operations. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
