Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, conducting product demos, and ensuring that the store environment is welcoming and well-stocked. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products * Recommend fashionable clothing * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism. * Stock shelves * strong customer service skills * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor at all times. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting with orders Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. * ability to spot color and design trends * Familiarity with cash register operations and basics retail math is beneficial. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
