What You 'll Be Doing: As a part-time team member, you'll gain real-world experience in both recruitment and sales: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: * Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems to find top candidates. * Conduct phone and video interviews to screen candidates. * Match candidates to job opportunities based on their skills and goals. * Assist in managing job postings and recruitment campaigns. Sales & Business Development: * Build relationships with candidates and contacts. * Gain exposure to consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation. * Learn about industry trends and market insights. Training & Development: * Full training in sourcing techniques, phone skills, and industry knowledge. * Coaching and mentoring from top-performing recruiters. * Exposure to real-world sales and recruitment scenarios.
