About the Role

• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems to find top candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to screen candidates.
• Match candidates to job opportunities based on their skills and goals.
• Assist in managing job postings and recruitment campaigns. Sales & Business Development:
• Build relationships with candidates and contacts.
• Gain exposure to consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation.
• Learn about industry trends and market insights. Training & Development:
• Full training in sourcing techniques, phone skills, and industry knowledge.
• Coaching and mentoring from top-performing recruiters.
