Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) Location: Miramar Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm Pay: $15/hour + Commissions Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to join our wholesale perfume team. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service, processing orders efficiently, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about sales. Responsibilities: * Assist wholesale customers via phone, WhatsApp, and in person. * Create and manage sales orders using QuickBooks. * Provide bilingual customer support (English and Spanish). * Follow up with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business. * Support inventory organization and order tracking. * Meet individual and team sales goals. * Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times. Requirements: * Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). * Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in wholesale. * QuickBooks knowledge is required. * Proficient in WhatsApp Business and other communication tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and goal-driven personality.
