Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) Location: Miramar Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm Pay: $15/hour + Commissions

Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to join our wholesale perfume team. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service, processing orders efficiently, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist wholesale customers via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Create and manage sales orders using QuickBooks.
• Provide bilingual customer support (English and Spanish).
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.
• Support inventory organization and order tracking.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times.

Requirements

:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in wholesale.
• QuickBooks knowledge is required.
• Proficient in WhatsApp Business and other communication tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
