This position requires someone with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into lifelong customers. Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: * Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal * Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients * Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations * Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data * Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Qualifications: * Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language * Some sense of marketing and advertising practices * Proven negotiating and communication skills * Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient About Company Giving Tree Realty was recently honored to receive the coveted " Best Place to Work" award two years running!
