Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internet Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various online platforms including Shopify base website, Amazon, Ebay, etc. guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage the sales pipeline will be essential in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. We are also looking for someone that has SEO knowledge in growing our Business's online presence and visibility in e-commerce platform. There is no sewing knowledge needed or required for this job. We are a Sewing Machine Dealership with a B&M store front as well as an e-commerce platform. Responsibilities * Engage with customers via online chat, email, and phone to provide information about products and services. * Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions. * Utilize dealership software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products and services. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing online sales performance. * Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Continue to help grow our BRAND and e commerce sales (Amazon, Shopify etc) Skills * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. * Experience in outbound sales or retail sales is preferred. * Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous. Sewing Knowledge is not required. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently. * Proficient in using software tools for managing the sales process and customer interactions. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
