This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee all departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: * Hire, train, and mentor department managers and staff. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and set departmental goals. Operational Management: * Oversee daily operations across all departments. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Financial Oversight: * Develop and manage the dealership's budget. * Analyze financial statements and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust operations accordingly. Sales & Marketing: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. * Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts to promote the dealership. * Maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Customer Relations: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Address and resolve customer complaints promptly. * Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the dealership. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role within an automotive dealership (import store preferred). * Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in dealership management software (CDK preferred). * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
