Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential business opportunities. * Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. * Engage in inside sales activities, including responding to inquiries and closing deals. * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Participate in B2B sales efforts, focusing on building long-term partnerships with businesses. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of business development principles and lead generation techniques. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively. * Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey technical information clearly. * Experience in inside sales is a plus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
