Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
• Engage in inside sales activities, including responding to inquiries and closing deals.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
• Participate in B2B sales efforts, focusing on building long-term partnerships with businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively.
• Familiarity with product demos and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Experience in inside sales is a plus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
