Duties * Personally connecting with potential customers via door-to-door outreach and phone calls * Pitching a product/service that people genuinely want or need (we'll train you!) * Generating your own leads and following up on company-provided leads * Mastering persuasive communication to close deals * Tracking your wins and managing follow-ups using simple tools * Building your own reputation and pipeline while reaping uncapped commissions Qualifications * Confidence, charisma, and the drive to win * Experience in sales (door-to-door or phone) is a major plus -- but not required * Comfort talking to new people and handling rejection like a pro * Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay motivated * A smartphone and reliable transportation * Grit.
