• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a similar sales environment is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
• Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing leads and follow-ups.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
