Overview Aye You Transport LLC is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative - Auto Parts Delivery to accelerate our growth in the automotive supply chain. In this 100% commission role, you'll drive new business by researching and securing auto parts delivery contracts, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning our dedicated final mile services as the partner of choice. Key Responsibilities * Opportunity Identification & Lead Generation * Research and track auto parts delivery contracts, market trends, and competitor offerings * Source and qualify prospects--independent dealerships, dealer groups, and wholesale parts distributors * Proactively reach out via networking, cold calls, and targeted outreach * Client Engagement & Relationship Building * Secure meetings and develop trusted advisor relationships with General Managers, Wholesale Parts Managers, CEOs, and CFOs * Conduct persuasive presentations and live demonstrations of our tailored delivery solutions * Maintain ongoing rapport, understand evolving client needs, and respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service * Proposal Development & Sales Closure * Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to craft customized proposals that align with client requirements * Negotiate terms, close new service agreements, and build a robust book of business * Manage the full sales pipeline in our CRM--track interactions, schedule timely follow-ups, and report on progress * Operational Collaboration * Liaise with dispatch and logistics to ensure seamless delivery execution, including coordinating loading/unloading when necessary * Provide market insights and client feedback to refine our service offerings and pricing models Qualifications * Proven track record in B2B business development or sales, ideally within transportation, logistics, or automotive industries * Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders * Familiarity with warehouse operations (pallet jacks, loading/unloading) and commercial vehicle delivery is a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail * Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently * Valid driver's license required; prior delivery-driving experience is beneficial Compensation & Perks * Commission-Only, Uncapped Earnings * Earn up to 5% of the total annual contract value per new acquisition --no cap on total deals * Reimbursement Benefits * Internet & cellphone stipend * Daily gas voucher * Dedicated expense account for client travel and entertainment Why Aye You Transport? * Join a nimble, fast-growing regional carrier renowned for reliability and white-glove service * Fully remote role with flexible scheduling--own your territory and your results * Collaborative leadership team committed to innovation and growth * Your success drives your income: the harder you work, the more you earn If you're a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value contracts, let's redefine auto parts delivery together.
