Overview

Aye You Transport LLC is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative - Auto Parts Delivery to accelerate our growth in the automotive supply chain. In this 100% commission role, you'll drive new business by researching and securing auto parts delivery contracts, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning our dedicated final mile services as the partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Identification & Lead Generation
• Research and track auto parts delivery contracts, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Source and qualify prospects--independent dealerships, dealer groups, and wholesale parts distributors
• Proactively reach out via networking, cold calls, and targeted outreach
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Secure meetings and develop trusted advisor relationships with General Managers, Wholesale Parts Managers, CEOs, and CFOs
• Conduct persuasive presentations and live demonstrations of our tailored delivery solutions
• Maintain ongoing rapport, understand evolving client needs, and respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service
• Proposal Development & Sales Closure
• Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to craft customized proposals that align with client requirements
• Negotiate terms, close new service agreements, and build a robust book of business
• Manage the full sales pipeline in our CRM--track interactions, schedule timely follow-ups, and report on progress
• Operational Collaboration
• Liaise with dispatch and logistics to ensure seamless delivery execution, including coordinating loading/unloading when necessary
• Provide market insights and client feedback to refine our service offerings and pricing models

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B business development or sales, ideally within transportation, logistics, or automotive industries
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders
• Familiarity with warehouse operations (pallet jacks, loading/unloading) and commercial vehicle delivery is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
• Valid driver's license required; prior delivery-driving experience is beneficial

Compensation

• Commission-Only, Uncapped Earnings
• Earn up to 5% of the total annual contract value per new acquisition --no cap on total deals
