This person will get hands-on training in our sales department and learn the daily operations behind the scenes. We do work on a promotion from within/non-seniority structure. So every new employee will be starting in the same position regardless of experience, age, or education level. We believe work ethic trumps background any day of the week! If selected for an interview we typically run the candidate through what the first 24 months looks like responsibility wise and what type of pay increases/bonuses they should expect. We believe if you know what your goal is there is a higher likelihood of you reaching it. At the end of the day we are looking for entry level employees to move up into Team Lead positions or Management roles.
