eNGINE builds Technical Teams. We are a Solutions and Placement firm shaped by decades of interaction with Technical professionals. We are currently hiring for a Sales Account Executive to expand our regional footprint within the Technology space. Your mission will be to understand our customer's business, through deep virtual and in-person interactions, that in turn, deliver solutions, which enable their business to progress forward. Responsibilities: * Create and cultivate a book of business with organizations needing Technical Solutions and Resources. * Communicate requirements and coordinate delivery of resources with the eNGINE Talent Acquisition team. * Filter eNGINE Talent Acquisition team activity to align with specific customer needs. * Regularly schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with customers. * Continuously identify opportunities for eNGINE with net new and existing customers. Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related * 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing Sales-focused capacity are encouraged to apply. * Previous knowledge of the IT industry is preferred. * Proactive, assertive and drive to reach and achieve goals. * A desire to learn something new every day. * A natural curiosity about the inner workings of an organization's business strategy and how technology is married to that strategy. * Exemplary active listening skills and overall communication ability. * The discipline to set small goals and move towards them, and the resiliency to push through, reset, and move forward when things don't go according to plan. * Stamina to contact prospects and current customers routinely to build and keep relationships. * A passion for competition and a drive to succeed. This is a full time role with the ability to work in a hybrid or fully remote capacity. Strong preference for applicants living within or familiar with, the Pittsburgh market.
